They also realize that instead of swatting at bees, you should stay calm and steady when a bee is around, and you are a lot less likely to get stung. Suddenly, they must slam on the brakes: a sweet little turtle is trying to cross the path to get to a small pond on the other side. The kids learn all about how turtles' eggs are laid on land and the babies must make it back to the water when they hatch. The problem is, the dirt bike path is right in the turtles' way. After some careful thinking, the kids work together to move their new bike path around the turtle crossing and save the day!

ODD SQUAD is a PBS KIDS live-action media property designed to help kids ages 5-8 learn math. The show focuses on two young agents, Olive and Otto, who are part of the Odd Squad, an agency whose mission is to come to the rescue whenever something unusual happens. A math concept is embedded in each of their cases, as Olive and Otto work together to problem-solve and save the day in each episode. ODD SQUAD is created by Tim McKeon (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Adventure Time, The Electric Company) and Adam Peltzman (The Electric Company, The Backyardigans, Wallykazam!) and produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment and The Fred Rogers Company.
While creature adventuring on the sand dunes, Martin and Chris discover a band of Wild Ponies. An excited Aviva and Koki rush over to meet their "favorite creature", but before they can get acquainted, a rogue wave hits the shore, separating a young foal from his mother. It's up to Martin and Chris to rescue the foal and reunite him with his mother. Science Concept: Social organization.
While making a cake, Carrot and Mindy find they are one are short one ingredient, so they head to the store. But Carrot accidentally pushes a wrong button on the wagon's newly-updated control panel, and they take off into outer space! Using a diagram, methodical experimentation, and record keeping, Mindy and Carrot figure out how to properly fly the saucer back home, where they finally finish the cake. Mindy has a problem: now that she's been to space with the bigger kids, she realizes how much there is out there to see! How can she decide where to explore next? The kids have a really cool plan for Digit's b-day-a surprise party! But in order to keep the secret, they pretend to forget his big day. Disappointed, Digit goes off on his own and runs into Hacker. The vexatious villain is only too happy to take advantage of the situation: If he can convince the dejected Digit that he is his one true friend, he can reprogram the cyboid to gain access to Motherboard! Meanwhile, the kids have a special gift made for their pal-a chocolate "Digit" sculpture. But to get it to the party, they must cross a desert where the heat threatens to melt the sweet treat. By observing how wearing a wet bandana keeps them cool, the kids figure out that evaporation is key to keeping the choco-sculpture from melting. But can they get it to Digit in one piece before Hacker cons him into changing sides?

What if they put bubble wands on an egg rack in front of a fan and spin it through a tub of soapy water? Let's try! It works. They didn't give up and Sesame Street gets filled with bubble with their new bubble machine!
Grover has a new job as a kitty sitter. He counts the kitties to see how many there are altogether. One, two, there, four four kitties altogether. Another kitty comes by and then another. Grover needs to count from the beginning all over again. The Count shares a counting shortcut counting on! Instead of starting all over, he can count on from where he left off. Grover uses the shortcut and counts seven kitties altogether. The kitties are now hungry so they walk over to Hooper's. At first, he only finds four blue kitty bowls. But Chris mentions he also has three yellow bowls. By using Count's counting shortcut, Grover's able to count seven bowls, one for each kitty. Grover loves this counting shortcut!
