In her quest, Samantha visits a wildflower seed farm that produces fields of stunning wildflowers, gets to taste fine cuisine at a farm-to-table German bistro and discovers a tucked-away weingarten serving locally produced Hill Country wines. Back on the road, Samantha frequents the oldest bakery in Texas, made famous for its 100-year strudel recipe, and finally Samantha gets to shake a leg -arriving at historic Gruene Hall, Texas' oldest dance hall.
