This episode offers a look at the wonderful and magical engineering wonder that is trains. No competing form of transport has facilitated change on the scale that has been brought about by the invention and adoption of the railway. And of all the technological advances of the 19th century, few captured the imagination like the railway locomotive. First, we are introduced to The Orient Express, the "grand dame of rail travel"; at its peak, steaming across pre-war Europe, the original inspired more thrillers than any other train in the world - from Graham Greene to Agatha Christie, novelists told of its legendary high-living and low deeds. Next, the 'Grand Train Robbery,' Britain's most famous robbery took place on the Royal Mail train, the Glasgow to London travelling post office, on August the 8th, 1963. The operation to steal millions of British pounds in used, unmarked bills was planned with precision and carried out with unparalleled daring.

We are shedding light on the importance of fathers and father figures in the family structure. Fatherhood is a cornerstone of family life and society, playing a vital role in the development and well-being of children. Their presence and active involvement contribute to a child's emotional, cognitive, and social growth. Research shows that children with involved fathers tend to perform better academically, have better emotional and psychological well-being, and are less likely to engage in risky behaviors. Becoming an engaged dad has benefits for fathers, too: engaged dads set goals and achieve greater success, healthy habits become more important, and self-esteem increases as dads see their value.
