Anna Smith Strong (1790-1812) was a fearless woman who acted as a spy for George Washington during the Revolutionary War. Recruited by Washington's spymaster Major Benjamin Tallmadge, she joined the Culper Ring, a group of American spies. General Washington placed a huge amount of trust in his spies, and Anna helped pass him important messages at great risk to herself and her family. One of her cleverer devices was to hang laundry on the line in a planned fashion so that other spies could read the "message." Had she been discovered by the British, she would have faced jail or execution. Thrilling and dramatic, Anna Strong tells the story of how one brave woman helped change the course of American history.

Her journey has not always been an easy one, but this strong-minded woman has found unrivalled success though self-belief and determination. From arriving in New York as a teenager with a dream and only $37 in her pocket, through two broken marriages and becoming a single mother of four, Madonna's personal story is a moving one. Her professional career is more diverse and successful than any other woman in music history. She has influenced the world of fashion and music over the past three decades. She has acted, directed, produced, and written film documentaries. She is also an author, and the profits from her children's books go to charities that work with orphans in Malawi. Few women have had as much power in the entertainment industry as Madonna, and the Queen of Pop doesn't look like she's slowing down anytime soon.

One of the world's favorite actors in action movies, Harrison Ford has been entertaining audiences for decades with his charm and unique blend of strength and sensitivity. His remarkable range has allowed him to play tough action heroes like Indiana Jones and Han Solo with a measure of humor and insecurity thrown in; then switch to dramatic characters, such as those he played in "Presumed Innocent" and "Regarding Henry." With such talent, it'll be surprising for fans to learn that Ford fell into acting almost by accident since it was not his main agenda when taking drama classes.
