"It's the Write Time" is an informative and entertaining handwriting series for those students starting to learn to write in cursive. The series augments classroom learning by adding a second teacher, Miss Lohse. Through the magic of video and her animated sidekick, Bob, she utilizes the time-proven Zaner-Bloser handwriting method to introduce students to the world of cursive writing. "It's the Write Time" guides students as they begin their journey into the cursive alphabet.

This episode explores man's capability to build architectural treasures on a grand scale, specifically, the Colosseum, a Roman masterpiece started by the Emperor Vespasian and completed in 80 A.D. Due to knowledge passed on by their Etruscan neighbors and forefathers, the Romans were provided with the techniques and skills for future architectural solutions, such as hydraulics and the development of arches. The Colosseum was used as a center for dramatic entertainment and "sport" for nearly 500 years; it also served as housing in the early medieval ages.
