Elmo, Alan, and Julia first play Chris' Face Game where they need to describe the expressions on a mask to guess the feeling. Next, they play Nina's Duck, Duck, Guess game where they act out a feeling found on the bottom of a rubber duck. Then they watch Sam, Nina, and Charlie's Feelings Freeze performance. The performers act out a scene for everyone to guess what they’re feeling. Elmo, Alan, and Julia end the day with Cookie Monster's face pancakes.
Welcome to the Community Garden! It's a place where everyone can come together and grow their own flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Tamir shows Elmo the herbs he and his mom are growing to make their food taste good. Alan shows Elmo the vegetables he's growing to make some of his favorite foods from Japan. Elmo walks over to Mia and her dad's plot who's growing her Abuela's favorite flowers. The next morning, Tamir and Elmo notice a windstorm had blown everything down in the garden. They feel sad about what happened and decide to ask their friends to help clean up the garden together. Everyone wanted to come together to help and clean up the garden. After all, the community garden belongs to all of us.

But when the hats fall into the hole after a run-in with Jumpy Squirrel, how will George retrieve them? After trying this hat rescue mission with several items which are not quite long enough to reach into the bottom of the hole, George decides that a water hose might do the trick. And when he accidentally turns on the water itself, the ensuing flood turns out to be a spark of genius - not only does the water float the hats to the surface, but George discovers the true purpose for the hole. A flabbergasted Mr. Lion apologizes, but soon the kids begin to experiment with natural items they find, and discover nature is full of colors you can use to paint: grass paints green and you can use strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries to paint your canvas. The kids happily finish their paintings, and when they're all done, Elinor proudly shows off her picture, which shows her true love of nature. The Litterbug - Elinor, Ari and Olive are in the park when they see Mrs. Hippo picking up litter and doing her best to keep Animal Town clean. The kids decide to help her, but when they finish, they realize that the park they just cleaned is full of litter again! That must mean Animal Town has a litterbug. After doing some investigating, the kids realize who the litterbug is -- it's Mrs. Hippo herself! It turns out that one of the bags she was using to collect trash had a hole in it, so she was dropping litter behind her everywhere they went.
