CHESAPEAKE BAY BY AIR captures the unparalleled wild beauty, rich history and natural serenity of the bay from 2,000 feet. The program marries gentle verse, prose and music with dramatic images captured by high-definition cameras, which bring the region into razor-sharp perspective. CHESAPEAKE BAY BY AIR's meandering aerial journey transports viewers to many of the Chesapeake Bay's stunning locations - from dawn over the Susquehanna River and the mysterious carved marsh of Blackwater Wildlife Refuge to the tranquil fishing village of Smith Island and the smokestacks of Sparrow's Point. Cameras also soar above the ancient Calvert Cliffs, Annapolis and bustling Baltimore, the steel spans of the Chesapeake Bay Bridges and historic Point Lookout.

The deep connection between wine and barbecue dates back millennia and still runs deep as ever. In the rustic wine country of the Santa Ynez Valley where we tape Project Fire, grape vines are used as fuel and wine for marinades and sauces. Here's how the fruit of the vine meets the power of fire. First up: special Jidori-breed chicken breasts stuffed with country ham and dry-aged Sonoma Jack cheese grilled over a grape vine fire. Next, flank steak with Pinot Noir mushroom sauce grilled over charcoal and oak. Finally, chef John Cox from the Bear and Star restaurant smokes a whole bourbon-soaked wagyu strip loin that's been aged three years. GRAPEVINE-GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH PROSCIUTTO AND MONTEREY JACK; WINE-MARINATED FLANK STEAK WITH PINOT NOIR MUSHROOM SAUCE; BOURBON-AGED STRIP LOIN SMOKED OVER OAK.

On March 11, 2011, a huge earthquake occurred off Japan's Tohoku coast. Skyscrapers 400 kilometers away in Tokyo's Shinjuku district continued swaying for 13 minutes. And 770 kilometers away in Osaka, tall buildings swayed for more than 10 minutes. This swaying was caused by "long-period seismic waves", which can travel long distances at frequencies that resonate with high-rise buildings in particular.
