David Jason reprises his role as grocer Granville, who has inherited a small corner shop from his beloved but miserly Uncle Arkwright. On hand to help out with the oddball customers and eccentric requests is Granville's dashing (and occasionally daft) son Leroy. As Christmas approaches, Granville's cost-saving measures are as cunning as ever, as he attempts to sell some decidedly wonky Christmas crackers.
