Seattle-based musician and chocolatier Aaron Lindstrom wanted to create a space that combined his two passions: chocolate and music. Cocoa Legato is a unique bean-to-bar chocolate factory and cafe that hosts live music performances and focuses on producing naturally vegan dark chocolate.
