In 1910, President Theodore Roosevelt traveled all the way from Washington, D.C. to Fredrick, Oklahoma to see something amazing. Jack Abernathy, a poor homesteader could catch wolves alive... with his bare hands. The President was so impressed he promised to make Oklahoma a state. "Catch'em Alive Jack" lived a life almost too big to be believed, and his two young sons had more excitement and adventure as boys than most men see in a lifetime.
