The program is a compilation of the contemporary short documentaries on the Reconstruction 360 website (reconstruction360.org). Each has an introduction by a historian. These stories were shot in several states of the former Confederacy, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee and South Carolina. Each of them explores the relevance of Reconstruction-era themes to current issues.
