Frank Shushok is the new president of Roanoke College, but has been a regional resident for over a decade while serving in various posts at Virginia Tech. Roanoke College was founded in 1842 by the Lutheran Church, and has long ties to cities of both Salem and Roanoke, though it predates the founding of the latter by over 50 years. Host Tom Landon will help viewers get to know the new president and discuss the role and importance of Roanoke College and liberal arts education to our region and beyond.
