Master tailor Nataliya Desheva started sewing in her native Ukraine at age 5. Now a master tailor, she works with host Peggy Sagers to meticulously alter a man's suit sleeve; the mitered corner, the buttons, the button holes and the lining, one of the most difficult tasks for a seamstress.
