The Man with the Yellow Hat explains that George shouldn't eat a moldy sandwich, so when George finds blue and smelly cheese in the fridge, he assumes it's bad as well and throws it outside in the compost (lucky for Jumpy!). But George learns too late that some cheeses are supposed to be moldy, and to make matters worse, The Man with the Yellow Hat has invited his favorite teacher over for a stinky cheese and cracker party! Can George combine the leftover (and great-smelling) cheddar cheese with all he's learned about about how mold grows to make his own stinky cheese in time for the special teacher's arrival?
