Outdoor Wisconsin joins a group of volunteers in Jackson County as they band fledgling kestrels, one of Wisconsin’s smallest falcons. Then we travel to Three Branches Vineyard and Fisher King Winery to learn about a local winemaking process and the cold-hardy characteristics of our state’s grapes.
