For a moment Steve thinks they've come to ask him to design it and so his mood softens...but it doesn't last because they only want tips from him and, to add insult to injury, they offer to pay him with one of Meena's pottery bowls instead of cash.

Then takes his soft vine charcoal and makes a rough sketch of the main composition. He then finishes by painting phase one of the sky and distant trees.
