Ophelia had been spending the companies money leading to a heated row with her husband the night of her death as had the stepson who sold Ophelia's expensive watch after finding it by the river. Frank and Luella discover Ophelia had a morbid fear of water and a previous drowning of a 14 year old girl 25 years earlier is linked by an identical tattoo on Ophelia and the 14 year old girl's back.
There are two moving and impactful stories in this episode. "K9 for a Day" features a Green Bay police officer who loves dogs so much that he stops by his local animal shelter in the morning and takes dogs on ride-alongs to meet people and help them get adopted. "Oldies but Goodies" is a story about older dogs who are often overlooked at shelters. We filmed a heartwarming story about the largest senior-only dog adoption event.
