Jeff's guest is Mark Faulkner, President and CEO of Baptist Health Care. Mr. Faulkner began his health career over a quarter of a century ago as an Administrative Resident. He would go on to rise through the ranks of Baptist Health Care, serving as administrator at Jay Hospital, President of Baptist Hospital and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Baptist Health Care before ultimately becoming President and CEO. Now Faulkner is about to tackle what may be his biggest challenge yet, building a new state of the art hospital in Pensacola. The initial footprint is expected to encompass 650 thousand square feet and cost over a half a billion dollars.
