Since 1952 The Newton Grove Drug Company has been more than a pharmacy to the small eastern north carolina town life of Newton Grove. For decades it has served as a town centerpiece and community gathering place. Generations of the Williford family have served Newton Grove as town pharmacists and still do today. The soda fountain and hand-dipped ice cream are still served and the proud heritage of treating every customer as family stands the test of time.
