George loves Chef Pisghetti's Meatball Monday, especially when he and The Man with the Yellow Hat eat lunch on their balcony. Won't any key work? With Hundley's help, George dashes around the building and Pisghetti's restaurant borrowing keys - and even making one! Will George learn how keys work in time to rescue his friend before the rain ruins the meatballs - and rescue the meatballs before they are gobbled up by Compass and his hungry pigeon friends?? / George loves exploring the woods. One day, while picking up rocks, sticks and pinecones, George finds a new wonder - a flat red bark beetle! George is also curious about all the bark on the ground and Bill explains that bark protects a tree like a suit of armor - which the tree sheds when it grows out of it. Fascinated, George collects the bark but doesn't see the beetle jump onto his wagon to go along for the ride! Back at home, George discovers the stowaway beetle and resolves to return it to its habitat. But first, why not make a bark suit to protect himself and the bark-loving beetle for the journey? The suit is a success, shielding them both from thorny bushes and wet sprinklers. But it turns out that the suit George cut up to make his armor is the Man with the Yellow Hat's lucky suit he was planning on wearing to the Hollering Contest this evening! Now George must help his friend figure out what his "signature holler" should be!

The kids happily finish their paintings, and when they're all done, Elinor proudly shows off her picture, which shows her true love of nature. The Litterbug - Elinor, Ari and Olive are in the park when they see Mrs. Hippo picking up litter and doing her best to keep Animal Town clean. The kids decide to help her, but when they finish, they realize that the park they just cleaned is full of litter again! That must mean Animal Town has a litterbug. After doing some investigating, the kids realize who the litterbug is -- it's Mrs. Hippo herself! It turns out that one of the bags she was using to collect trash had a hole in it, so she was dropping litter behind her everywhere they went.

Interest is lagging in the annual Mount Olympus Games, attendance is sagging, and Zeus is not happy. How can he restore the spirit of competition? With lightning bolt speed, he pits Team Motherboard, coached by Digit, against Team Hacker, coached by Wicked, The teams have to compete in the Triadditon, a relay-type race made up of an obstacle course, a swim race, and a foot race where each competitor does one event and tags their teammate to do the next. Bragging rights and hero worship go to the winners. But Wicked and Digit have their hands full when Hacker and Matt both insist on running the final event so that they can claim Zeus's glory. All this from the city where SWAT teams were invented, from the state where Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon launched their careers, and the nationwide boom in prison construction was born. "Los Angeles has a history of repression, and I think because it's Los Angeles, they're also masters at narrative, so they'll mask it with pictures of palm trees and Venice Beach and all of these other things. Today Gypsy orchestras feature smoking violins, venerable mineral baths are the rage, and 19th century coffeehouses enjoy a renaissance.
Myanmar or Burma, by either name, or both are acceptable, exudes an aura of the exotic, mysterious and alluring. Even the names of its former capitals, Mandalay and Rangoon, evoke a lyrical glow. Yet, it's the magnetism of its ancient temple architecture that draws visitors to the valley of the Irrawaddy River. Joseph embarks on an Irrawaddy River adventure from golden pagodas to colorful markets, from working villages to frenzied cities where unimagined new sights, sounds, smells and emotions capture his attention. On his journey of discovery, Joseph finds that on the Irrawaddy's 1,350-mile journey to the sea the full range of Myanmar life unfolds along its shores. The river embodies the historical, cultural and economic soul of the country and has been the lifeblood of its people since Stone Age man first arrived there 13,000 years ago. As his Myanmar odyssey unfolds it becomes clear that with a long history of conflict and conquest, until recently, Myanmar/Burma was isolated, shrouded in secrecy and hid its brilliance. Yet now it has opened its doors and is displaying its glories for all to see. And the people of Myanmar and a world of travelers are better for it.

Founded in 1594, Mocorito is a quiet, colorful colonial town known for one of Sinaloa's most beloved recipes: a slow-simmered pork dish called chilorio. Pati visits the home of Victoria Gonzalez, a cook known for having one of the best chilorio recipes in town. Joseph takes off for Northwest Ontario, a region distinguished by Canada's great outdoors. On the 300-mile drive along the Trans-Canada Highway from Thunder Bay, on Northwest Ontario's eastern edge, to Kenora, near its Western border with Manitoba, the granite outcroppings of the Canadian Shield are revealed and the boreal forest covers the landscape. And there's water, water everywhere. Within its 204,000 square miles there are just 250,000 people, yet there are 5,000 wilderness camps and lodges and 150,000 fishable lakes. Joseph engages in fishing, hiking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing - if it can be done outside then Joseph's doing it. In addition, he discovers that the Northwest is in the middle of transforming itself from a region devoted to using up the environment to one that celebrates it - in new parks and conversation areas, farmers markets, downtown preservations and an emerging culinary scene. It's a turn for the better for the people who live here and Joseph finds a wealth of opportunities for those who visit.
