A biographical documentary following the history of Calvin Tyler, a one-time UPS driver who, over 35 years, worked his way up the corporate ladder to Senior Vice President of Operation and then on to UPS' Board of Directors following retirement. A former student of Morgan State College, Tyler dropped out because he couldn't afford tuition and took a job as one of the first 10 UPS drivers in Baltimore. However, in 2021, Tyler and his wife Tina committed $20 million in need-based scholarships to students of Morgan University, the largest-ever private donation from an alumnus to a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
