Sal has organised a ramble for the whole Guild. Kicking against the traditional format Eileen has set up (which involves multi- tasking on the way and numerous questionnaires on the wonders of Mother Nature), Sal sees it as an opportunity to simply have a nice stroll and a chat with her friends - a chance for everyone to get to know each other better, perhaps. During the day, Eileen learns from Tip that all is not well on the farm, and all is not at all well in her marriage to Colin.
