As a member of the Oak Ridge Boys he has been a part of a group that for years dominated the country music charts and airwaves. The Oaks sold millions of records and garnered numerous awards and everyone remembers their biggest hit, ?Elvira.? Golden also found success as a solo musical artist, but lately, it is has been art of a different nature that is capturing attention. He is getting serious recognition for his paintings which have been on exhibit at the Tennessee State Museum, The Pensacola Museum of Art, The Gilcrease Museum of Art in Tulsa and the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in Texas.
