WALT DISNEY - In the history of show business, no one has ever captured the imagination like Walt Disney. The talented artist spent the last years of WW I as an ambulance driver. Returning from France, Disney struggled to forge a career in the film world, but he persevered and eventually hit pay dirt with a talking mouse his wife Lillian named "Mickey."
An actor whose Hawaiian name means "cool breeze over the mountain," Keanu Reeves is part English, Hawaiian and Chinese, but he was born in Lebanon. Inscrutable, handsome and very private, he has let his films do the talking for him, choosing a mix of blockbusters, such as "Speed" and the "Matrix" trilogy with smaller, independent films with an edge, such as "Feeling Minnesota" and "Constantine." Early in his career he veered between comedy ("Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure") and action ("Chain Reaction"). Occasionally criticized for his "wooden" acting, Keanu nevertheless has forged on, defying his critics time and time again, not so much for his acting chops, but for his choice of films, most notably "The Matrix."

Since 1995, Bill Gates has been either the wealthiest or one of the wealthiest people in the world- not bad for someone who's last full-time work day at Microsoft was in 2008. He remains as Chairman of Microsoft and created the position of Chief Software Architect for himself with the company so he could also pursue philanthropic challenges, including scientific research programs through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which he and his wife established in 2000. The success story of this software icon began back in the late seventies with a college friend, Paul Allen, launching the Windows operating system, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Madonna is an American pop icon and a revolutionary who remains one of the most influential figures in American music and culture. Her journey has not always been an easy one, but this strong-minded woman has found unrivalled success though self-belief and determination. From arriving in New York as a teenager with a dream and only $37 in her pocket, through two broken marriages and becoming a single mother of four, Madonna's personal story is a moving one. Her professional career is more diverse and successful than any other woman in music history. She has influenced the world of fashion and music over the past three decades. She has acted, directed, produced, and written film documentaries. She is also an author, and the profits from her children's books go to charities that work with orphans in Malawi. Few women have had as much power in the entertainment industry as Madonna, and the Queen of Pop doesn't look like she's slowing down anytime soon.
It was Montana-born Gary Cooper's horse-riding skills, countryboy looks and shy hesitancy, which created a unique screen presence. The Boeing 737 twin engine jetliner was to become Boeing's greatest success. Launched in 1967, the short range transport entered service the following year, and has remained in production ever since. In the 737, they have combined the best of all previous Boeing air craft. Among these is the fact that it has one of the lowest approach speeds of any jet transport, a great asset when landing at smaller airports with shorter runways. It also required minimum equipment for use in refueling. However, despite all its advantages, the 737 was soon overshadowed by the new, improved 747 Jumbo jet.
